Digital Patient Education (Dynamic) includes tracking of patient engagement

Digital Patient Education (Dynamic) provides the resources and support to help health professionals reduce the risk of litigation as well as enhance patient experience. Patients receive a personalised email or SMS text message with a unique link to a patient education article. The patient can access the article as many times as they like.

This module is the same as Digital Patient Education (Article) but includes tracking of patient engagement and the option to include a personal message with information about risks that are specific to the patient. Clinicians can generate reports to show how much time patients have spent reading the digital articles. By tracking how patients engage with the content, clinicians gain insight into how well informed patients are before giving their final consent.
