Digital Patient Education (Article) allows clinicians to send procedure specific information to patients to read on desktop, tablet or mobile
Optimised for use in a clinical setting, patients can be sent articles about their surgical procedure to read and animations to watch at a convenient time, helping improve understanding and reduce litigation claims.
Using the same content as EIDO Inform, this module allows clinicians to send the information, including high-quality photo realistic animations where available, to patients by email or SMS text message for them to read on their smartphone or computer. This module does not include tracking of patient engagement. Once the article has been sent to the patient, no personal information is stored by EIDO. All personal information is instantly purged and no records are retained.
