EIDO Vault is currently available as an iPad app but will soon be available for Android and Windows devices. The admin dashboards are browser based and can be used on any device.
Online Management Dashboard
The EIDO Vault dashboards can be used for patient management such as entry of patient details and retrieval of consent forms. The admin dashboards provide an easy way to set up and manage users of the Vault system, as well as view reports on usage.
Hosted in cloud or local
The EIDO Vault back-end server can be hosted on local IT infrastructure or in the cloud on our fully redundant Amazon Web Services infrastructure. We host within the EU in compliance with data governance requirements.
Integrate patient data via API
Connect EIDO Vault to your current patient administration system through our API. See your patient details in the app and have consent forms automatically added to the patient record.
Integrate medical staff login via SSO
With hospitals having to deal with multiple systems, single sign-on is a convenient, time-saving option. EIDO Vault supports most of the popular single sign-on solutions.
Data security
Data security is a priority for EIDO. We conform to the international guidelines on data governance in line with regulations such as GDPR. Our data is protected from external access and fully encrypted.
Accessibility
The EIDO library of procedure-specific documents is endorsed by the Plain English Campaign. The Vault app is compliant with the AA level of WCAG 2.1, the standard for accessible interfaces.
